    • Floating on the front and back with light support

Where to startBook a first class

Sample levels.

Every child moves at their own pace.

In every class

The same shape from Babies to Preschoolers

  • A grown-up with every child

An adult is in the water with every child, and the instructor teaches from the water or the step.

  • Warm, shallow water

The pool is warm and shallow, with wide steps to sit on, so there is always somewhere to rest.

  • Songs and play

A hello song, floating, play with toys and a goodbye song, in the same order each week, so your child knows what comes next.

Grandparents too

Any grown-up can be the one in the water

A parent, a grandparent or another carer can be the one in the water, and the instructor shows every grown-up how to hold and support a child. It helps to bring the same person each week, and it is fine to swap.
