This policy explains what Guppy Parent and Child Swim collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email or phone, how you would like us to reach you, your child's age, the age stage you are interested in and your message. We don't ask for a child's name, birth date, photo or any medical detail on this site, and we ask you not to include any in your message. If you register, we ask what we need privately, on our enrollment page.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to hold a place in a class. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the school except the services that send our email and host this site.

Photos of children

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media. You can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo.

Keeping and deleting

We keep a message until we have answered it and, if you enroll, for as long as your child is with us. To ask us to delete a message, write to the email address in the footer and we will do it.
